Reporting Guidelines
Good intelligence is first-hand, specific and time-stamped. These rules keep it that way.
Report only first-hand information
What you personally observed, were offered, ordered or purchased — or what a retailer told you directly. No rumours, no reposts, no screenshots of other platforms.
Never submit confidential material
No internal allocation lists, waitlists, employee names or information obtained without authorization. Submissions of this kind are removed and may result in suspension.
Be precise about time and place
Give the actual observation time and the specific retailer. A signal without an accurate timestamp is not intelligence.
Nothing self-publishes
Every member report enters the queue as pending review. A moderator approves, corrects or rejects it, and every action is written to the audit trail.
Attestation
I am submitting information based on my direct experience or direct retailer communication. I believe it is accurate and understand that false, misleading, confidential or unauthorized reports may be removed and may result in account suspension.
